Those who have already registered their interest in applying for the SFI are beginning to receive invitations to start their applications. The RPA have announced they expect everyone who registered will receive their invitation email within 4 weeks from registering. 

For those who are just starting to think about the scheme, registering your interest to get the process started can be done at anytime. 

As a further incentive and as recgfnition of rising input costs, the government have confirmed that farmers who have a live Sustainable Farming Incentive agreement before the end of the year, will receive an accelerated payment in the first month of their agreement.
