The extension comes as a response to several customers experiencing issues in making their online application, following the roll-out of a new online system by the RPA. This ensures all customers and agents have enough time to submit applications for CS agreements to start from 1st January 2024. 

Before an online application is started, applicants must make sure their land and personal details are up to date. If you are waiting on an RLE1 being actioned, or the outcome of an intention to move from ES to CS form, you will be notified once this is complete and can then progress with your application. 

Once all details are up to date, customers are urged to submit their applications promptly.
